The Evolution of Revolutionary Grinders

Building on the highly successful 3000 range of grinders, Bernhard and Company announced at the 2008 BTME and Golf Industry Show exhibitions their latest product evolution - the Express Dual and Anglemaster 4000DX.

Express Dual 4000DX

With end-user needs driving all stages of the design process, the Express Dual 4000DX is bigger, taller and has improved safety guarding.

Amongst the many improvements, the Express Dual 4000DX uses a faster control system. The automated control system includes a touch-screen graphical operator interface, providing faster operator response.

Redesigned safety guarding gives the 4000DX a whole new look to the Express Dual range. The taller guard accommodates walking greens mowers and those with lighting attachments. Enhanced sound insulation keeps the noise down in maintenance facilities.

By popular demand, the Express Dual 4000DX has a table top that stands 5" (12½cm) taller. The electrical box is integrated into the design for easy access, both providing a more comfortable working height.

Anglemaster 4000DX

The new Anglemaster 4000 DX was designed to match the speed, ease and accuracy of its Express Dual counterpart.

Featuring greater automation, the 4000 DX allows for easier use and a faster operation.

Mounting of bedknives is a simple, fluid process. The unique bedknife central grind position minimizes the occurrence of errors. Independent end adjustment is utilized so that the mounting of bed bars is always parallel. Magnetic load assistant acts as a “third hand” to stabilize bedknives.
